Cheese Tart Baking Instructions

Original Cheese Tart:
Preheat oven to 410F. Remove all plastic from baked cheese tarts. Separate an egg yolk and whisk in 1 teaspoon of water (more water for a lighter finish). Use a silicone basting brush to brush egg yolk on the tarts. Take tarts out of the plastic container and place tarts in aluminum cups (included with order) on a baking tray lined with a baking mat or parchment paper. Bake tarts at 410F for 22 minutes and let them cool for 10 minutes, ready to serve.

Ube Cheese Tart:
Preheat oven to 410F. Remove all plastic from baked cheese tarts. Take tarts out of plastic container and place tarts in aluminum cups (included with order) on a baking tray lined with a baking mat or parchment paper. Bake tarts at 410F for 22 minutes, and let them cool for 10 minutes. Use silicone basting brush to brush glaze (included with order) on the tarts. Sprinkle confectioners’ sugar (white powder included with order) on top of Ube cheese tarts, ready to serve.

Mango Cheese Tart:
Preheat oven to 410F. Remove all plastic from baked cheese tarts. Take tarts out of plastic container and place tarts in aluminum cups (included with order) on a baking tray lined with a baking mat or parchment paper. Bake tarts at 410F for 22 minutes, and let them cool for 10 minutes. Use silicone basting brush to brush glaze (included with order) on the tarts. Sprinkle confectioners’ sugar (white powder included with order) on top of Mango cheese tarts, ready to serve. 

Strawberry Cheese Tart:
Preheat oven to 410F. Remove all plastic from baked cheese tarts. Take tarts out of plastic container and place tarts in aluminum cups (included with order) on a baking tray lined with a baking mat or parchment paper. Bake tarts at 410F for 22 minutes, and let them cool for 10 minutes. Use silicone basting brush to brush glaze (included with order) on the tarts. Sprinkle confectioners’ sugar (white powder included with order) on top of Strawberry cheese tarts, ready to serve.

Matcha Cheese Tart:
Preheat oven to 410F. Remove all plastic from baked cheese tarts. Take tarts out of plastic container and place tarts in aluminum cups (included with order) on a baking tray lined with a baking mat or parchment paper. Bake tarts at 410F for 22 minutes, and let them cool for 10 minutes, ready to serve. 

Chocolate Cheese Tart:
Preheat oven to 410F. Remove all plastic from baked cheese tarts. Take tarts out of plastic container and place tarts in aluminum cups (included with order) on a baking tray lined with a baking mat or parchment paper. Bake tarts at 410F for 22 minutes, and let them cool for 10 minutes, ready to serve. 

Salted Caramel Cheese Tart:

Preheat oven to 410F. Remove all plastic from baked cheese tarts. Separate an egg yolk and whisk in 1 teaspoon of water (more water for a lighter finish). Drizzle some caramel sauce (included with order) on the tarts, add some cornflakes (included with order) and drizzle more caramel sauce on the cornflakes, ready to serve.
